How to Use
- Place the AHOSAN botanical blend into a pot of filtered water. Add your dry activators: Negro Pepper (Hwentia) and Cloves (Pɛpre). Bring to a rolling boil for 15–20 minutes until the essence is deep and dark.
- Pour the warm herbal tea into a glass. Drop one fresh, slightly crushed clove of Raw Garlic directly into your glass. Let it steep for 60 seconds, then drink. By adding the garlic raw at the end, you preserve the volatile antibiotic enzymes (Allicin) needed to kill the infection.
- For targeted relief from external discomfort and to draw out impurities, pour the hot boiled mixture into a bowl and add a handful of Rock Salt. Use the rising steam for a traditional sitting steam ritual to soothe and sanitize.
